Tried German Auto works as a replacement for the dealer service of my BMW. They are professional, certified and in step with the BMW value of good service and maintenance of your vehicle to last a long time. Their repairs were reasonable and did not push to do more than was necessary as the dealer has been known to do. Furthermore, they shared the maintenance schedule to avoid surprises in my next visit.

I purchased a used 2001 Audi TT in July 2021. It was a unique car with a robust folder of service from the single owner, and Hunter was easy to work with. A couple of months later, the coolant fan died- please note that I had the Audi service center check the vehicle right after purchasing to make sure I was not surprised, so the fan issue was not a pre-existing issue. I called Hunter knowing that I purchased the vehicle “as is,” and I had very little expectations. Regardless, he volunteered to fix the issue (Audi quoted the repair at $1600), and he made a VERY happy customer in the process. It is always risky buying a used car, especially one that is 20 years old. By buying my vehicle at German Auto Works, I got the great service and support I needed. I highly recommend them for your auto needs!

I called on a Monday to schedule a service; I was able to drop off on Wednesday night, and it was ready by Thursday afternoon. As of writing in April of 2022, that's the best turn-around time in years! The inspection was detailed and even photographed. The labor price is great; I spend a lot of time cross-shopping parts, and their parts prices are phenomenal. The suggested services were color-coded by urgency, but there was no pressure. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt welcomed and respected. The owner even stopped by to say hello to my daughter during vehicle drop-off.

For gearheads, this is where you want to be. I speak in chassis codes and acronyms, like a lot of car enthusiasts, and Reece and Mike knew that exact jargon. It's obvious they love cars the way I do. As soon as I picked up my keys, I scheduled services for months in advance because the peace of mind from having a competent, competitive, and passionate mechanic in your corner is priceless.
